• If someone behaves inappropriately, users can easily report, which could result in their removal from the platform.

No. We currently do not offer insurance through Pawshare Club. Some pet owners already have their own pet insurance.

Offering platform-wide insurance can significantly increase membership fees — and that's one of the main reasons traditional paid pet-sitting platforms charge high commissions per booking.

At Pawshare Club, our goal is different. We're building a community-driven, accessible pet care network that eases both the financial and emotional burden for pet lovers. We believe no pet should be left alone too long or surrendered simply because of cost and/or lack of local support.

Absolutely! Many of our members have lost a pet or recently moved and aren’t ready for a permanent pet yet — but still miss that special connection. Pawshare Club is a wonderful way to spend time with pets, even if you don’t have one of your own right now.

Unfortunately, no — for the safety of all members (humans and pets), dogs or cats with serious behavioural issues should not join Pawshare Club until their behaviour has improved.

While many of our members are loving and experienced pet lovers, most do not have professional training to safely care for pets with complex behavioural needs. This could put both the pet and the carer at risk.

If your dog needs extra support, we recommend connecting with a qualified trainer or professional pet sitter. You can also explore relevant Facebook groups and communities where you can get advice and guidance from professionals and peers.
