No, we don’t offer insurance directly. Pawshare Club is focused on building a trusted, community-driven network — not a traditional paid pet care marketplace.

One of our core values is keeping the platform low-cost and accessible, so more pet lovers can benefit from shared care. Offering built-in insurance would significantly increase costs for members, and we want to grow in a way that remains inclusive and affordable for now.

In Case of an Emergency, Pawshare Club is a community platform that connects pet lovers — we are a middleman, not a pet care provider. All arrangements are made directly between members (proper profile check, meet & greet, and organising pet sitting notes are essential)

Sitters are expected to act in the pet’s best interest during an emergency. For situations beyond anyone’s control, owners are responsible for covering vet bills, as these types of incidents can happen to any pet owner.

However, if an incident occurs due to a clear sitter mistake — for example, ignoring an owner's request to keep Bella on a leash and she runs into the street — it’s reasonable to expect the sitter to help cover the resulting costs.

This should be discussed and resolved directly between the parties involved. Pawshare Club does not offer mediation or assume liability for any injuries, damages, or accidents that occur through community arrangements.
